What’s the price? It can be anywhere from 2-6k, depending on your goals, type of the collaboration and chosen coach.

First contact

Email the team or a specific coach. If you already have information or questions to share, leave them for the next steps. We won’t miss anything!

Completing the questionnaire

Our questionnaire is preceded by its reputation. You’ll already know we’re serious about it. And you may already get some thoughts or realizations when filling it out.

The meeting

Depending on the coach and availability, we’ll meet online or in person. We’ll talk more about the next steps and set them up to make maximum sense. Only at the end of this step can we “high five”.

Gathering more information

There will be about a week for you to provide us with more information. Through this step, we will be maximally able to identify what is currently most important.

Creating a strategy

For the next week, month, six months, year. We’ll give you all the information you need about the long-term direction and what we’re going to start with RIGHT NOW!

Coaching begins

That’s it. Coaching begins. Because coaching is not about making plans. “Planning is everything. A plan is nothing.” As Dwight D. Eisenhower said. Let’s run into obstacles together and learn how to overcome them.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How often are we going to be in touch?

At first probably on a weekly basis, and then? More options are on the table. Frequency can be reduced, to make our collaboration more sustainable for you. Or can stay the same, to pick our brain more often. 

 

When is it good to start?

Time is not found. Time is created. And the best time is probably now, because whatever is happening in your life, you can learn from it. Busy at work? Vacation next week? Exams at school? This will never go away. The key is to learn to work with it.

What type of training should I expect?

There is no way around basics. Strength training in some form and amount, will always be part of your journey. It will support everything else you do. Whether it’s playing basketball, ice hockey, or just having fun moving. Our job is to help you put it all together. 

 

CAN YOU COACH ME ON HOW TO CONVINCE MY PARTNER TO DO THE DISHES?

Together we deal with barriers and challenges. One week it may be you squat technique. Next week your mindset on grandma's birthday party. And the next? We can totally get to the dishes. Because how can you progress when things like this occupy your mind too much?

How will I know if I train correctly?

We will make sure that you always know exactly what to do by providing clear video instructions combined with regular in depth technique analysis of your exercises.

What will the meal plan look like?

You will get a meal plan, not to follow it, but to get inspired by it. Mainly, it’s about finding the best way to approach your nutritional strategy, that will start from what you’re already doing. Counting calories? Maybe.. Macros? Maybe.. How to pick the right foods? For sure.. Helping you understand what it’s all about? You bet your ass..

What if I am a beginner?

Great! You’re a book unwritten. Makes it easier for both sides. Your will learn so much in such a short time. At this point, the changes in your body composition will be most significant. All you need is enthusiasm.

WILL I BE ALLOWED TO STILL EAT PIZZA?

You will be required to do so. Not one member of our team is a pizza hater. No, not really. The point is, there is no dogma and absolutism in our philosophy. We will not tell you to stop anything entirely. The point is to find true and honest balance and stability.
