WHAT IS COACHING MENTORSHIP ANYWAY?

What is ahead of you is a chance to really grow as a coach. At a rate that will put you ahead of your competition much faster than you previously thought was possible.
At first you will be coached for a while so you know what our work is about. Then a systematic process will be followed and we will cover everything that is needed for a personal or online trainer to follow a professional and meaningful path.

WHAT AREAS OF WORK WILL WE FOCUS ON?

Each quarter, each month and each week will have their specific focus and steps which in collection makes the process logical, effective and smooth.

We will cover areas like:

  • Your business – how is it set up right now? Are there ways to make it work more for you?
  • The tools you use – are they effective? What else can we choose from? What else can we CREATE?
  • Time management – learn how to use time efficiently. Yours and your client’s.
  • Nutrition basics – what are the non negotiables when it comes to client’s nutrition?
  • Training programming basics – how to make sense of it in every client’s case?
  • Advanced nutrition
  • Advanced training programming
  • Huge amounts of troubleshooting with your client’s cases

BEFORE YOU START

  • You sing in here on the website
  • You will be contacted by a coach
  • You will plan an online call together
  • You will get an information email about next steps in case we agree on working together

DURING THE COACHING MASTERMIND PROGRAM

  • There will be a weekly video exchange focused on given topics and your clients
  • For every check-in there will be tasks for you and your coach to complete
  • Every month and quarter we will review the work we will have done
