The goal of the talk is to provide you with a bit more clarity on the things that are actually important – like your sleep, what you put on your plate, why it is a good idea to move etc. We will also bust some myths (you’ll be surprised!) and answer any of your questions.
Maybe you did not know this, but gym is not the only place where to move and train your muscles. Although it is important (and we will talk about it, of course), there are other ways to incorporate movement into your life. Let’s talk about HOW to do it but also WHY you would want to do so.
