AN INDIVIDUAL TRAINING PROGRAM THAT ENSURES CONSTANT PROGRESS

As coaches, we understood that the moment we teach our clients to perform the exercises correctly and properly, our practice moves elsewhere: to an in-depth training planning, individualization and precise analysis of exercise techniques all together with a continuous building of a coach-client relationship.

A training program with a strategy behind it. A training program that really does push your limits but does not leave you drained of energy after every single session. A training program that fits your lifestyle, values and goals.

What’s the price? Well, we do not want you to (not) choose us just because of the price. We’d love you to choose us because you are aligned with our values and you trust us. That’s why you’ll get the information about the price after your inquiry (via form above or below).

HOW OFTER ARE WE GOING TO BE IN TOUCH? AND IN WHAT WAY?

We will be sending each other videos on a regular basis (weekly/biweekly). One day we receive your video where you tell us everything necessary and the day after, you will receive a video with an answer from us in return.

WHAT IS “ADVANCED IN STRENGTH TRAINING”?

At least 1 year of regular and structured gym training, both with a coach or alone.

WHAT TYPE OF COLLABORATION SUITS ME BEST?

HOW ARE WE GOING TO WORK ON THE EXERCISE TECHNIQUE?

In two ways: 1) In a certain period of your training cycle, we will ask you to shoot videos, which we will then analyze and provide detailed feedback. 2) Once every 4–6 weeks, you will have the opportunity to go train in the gym together with Roman and Šimon. It's gonna be a gym sesh, where we get into the real details of certain exercises.
